Acceptable Use Policy

These rules keep Maqron users, the people they work with and the platform safe.

Prohibited

• Illegal products, services or content, and anything that violates sanctions or export law.
• Fraud, deception, phishing, fake reviews, pyramid schemes or spam.
• Infringing intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.
• Deepfakes or impersonation of real people without consent.
• Hate speech, harassment, violent extremism, or sexual content involving minors.
• Malware, security probing, scraping, or attempts to bypass payment verification, usage or spending limits.
• Jailbreaking or manipulating the AI operator to produce prohibited output.
• Using Maqron to plan or run businesses in gambling, adult content, weapons, drugs, financial or investment advice, cryptocurrency, or other high-risk regulated activities.

What Maqron is for

Maqron is software for planning and running your own business. It sells only its own Pro subscription and usage credits.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for directives you issue, for having rights to content you provide, and for verifying AI output before acting on it. Outputs are not legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice.

Enforcement

We may remove content, refuse or filter outputs, or suspend accounts that breach this policy. Report abuse or infringement to support@maqron.com.
