Effective October 19, 2026
Terms & Conditions
These terms form a binding agreement between you and the seller named below whenever you use Maqron or buy a Maqron plan or usage credits.
1. Who you contract with
Maqron is provided by Maqron ("we", "us"). By using the service you are contracting with Maqron. Contact: support@maqron.com.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account, using the service, or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you use Maqron for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. Individuals must be of legal age in their country.
3. The service
Maqron is software for planning and running your own business: an AI operator that researches, plans and drafts work, task and record keeping, and spending controls. You run your own sales through your own channels and accounts. We sell only our own Maqron Pro subscription and prepaid usage credits.
4. Accounts
Keep your credentials confidential and your information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account.
5. Orders, payment and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, taxes, cancellations and refunds are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy. Maqron Pro is a monthly subscription that renews until cancelled; usage credits are one-time purchases.
5a. Maqron Pro and usage credits
Maqron Pro is billed monthly and includes a higher monthly allowance of AI operator runs and priority support. You can cancel at any time; Pro remains active until the end of the paid period. Usage credits are prepaid balance for tools the AI operator uses inside Maqron. Credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged.
6. Licence and restrictions
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for their intended purpose. You may not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical or spending limits.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use the service unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe intellectual property, or to interfere with security (malware, probing, scraping). Full rules, including AI-specific rules, are in the Acceptable Use Policy.
8. AI features
- You are responsible for your prompts and directives, for having rights to content you provide, and for how you use outputs.
- AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. Verify them before relying on them. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice.
- We may filter, refuse, or remove content and restrict accounts that breach these terms.
9. Intellectual property
Maqron owns the service, software, documentation and branding. You keep ownership of content you provide and of outputs generated for you, subject to third-party rights, and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service. Rights holders can report infringement to support@maqron.com; repeat infringers lose access.
10. Service level
We work to keep Maqron available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time. After termination you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it is deleted.
12. Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury, or your statutory consumer rights.
13. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, unlawful use, or breach of these terms.
14. General
Neither party is liable for events beyond reasonable control. You may not assign these terms without consent; we may assign them in a merger or acquisition. These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's place of establishment, and its courts have jurisdiction, without removing mandatory consumer protections where you live. We will post changes with a new effective date.
