Every Maqron purchase carries a 30-day money-back guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with Maqron Pro or a usage credit pack, request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason.

How to request

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Visit paddle.net or use the link in your receipt email, or contact support@maqron.com with your order details.

Timing

Approved refunds return to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Subscriptions

You can cancel Maqron Pro at any time from your account; it stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds within 30 days end Pro access.

Usage credits

Credits are for use inside Maqron and cannot be withdrawn as cash. A refund removes the refunded credits from your balance. Your statutory rights are not affected.
